every cell in your body is an antenna — sensing, receiving, transmitting frequencies. through somatic awareness and energetic attunement, we explore the subtle dynamics that inform our bodies, emotions, and relationships.
each session weaves experiential practice, movement, and guided facilitation, creating a space where you can:
• strengthen your sensitivity to field dynamics and subtle vibrations
• expand your capacity to hold higher-intensity emotional or energetic states
• learn tools for containment, grounding, and life-force cultivation
• practice relational awareness, intuitive perception, and energetic hygiene
• engage in collective field work and embodied integration
