Water molecules hold information and technology that heals our system.

When the water inside our human body is surrounded by water on the outside, our inner nature remembers where we came from.

I offer different ways to connecting to this technology:

  • Contact improvisation in the water invites principles of naturally evolving movement, but without the weight of gravity. Underwater, our bodies encounter each other through the 3 dimensional space, creating a dance that is fluid and weightless.

    My water C.I. offerings include public group workshops, private group bookings, festivals, retreats, or even 1-on-1 dances.

  • As you float on your back your body is gently held and guided through fluid movements in warm water, creating a profound sense of safety and support.

    Price: 120€ (+ entry to the pool covered separately)

    Duration: 1.5 hours

    • Please arrive 15 minutes early

    • Includes 15 minutes afterwards for integration

  • Imagine diving into the depths of the ocean, reawakening your primal ability to retain breath, observing marine life around you, and then letting your body be danced by the currents as you float back towards the surface.

  • Freediving is an ancient practice that invites us to trust the power of our parasympathetic nervous system. I have trained as Molchanovs freediving instructor and continue to offer workshops and free diving facilitations.
