In a safe group space, we settle into deep presence, explore what’s alive within us, and allow the process to unfold organically. The focus lies on somatic movement, intuitive touch, energy field awareness, personal and group dynamics, trauma integration, and elemental connection.
We’ll work through movement, touch, meditation, contemplation, intuitive dialogue, and group-based practices. No need to fix or force anything — just space for insights to land and energies to shift.
