Beyond field dynamics retreat is a place wherewe gather in a safe, grounded space to slow down, come into presence, and listen to what is truly alive within us. We explore the subtle and powerful dynamics that emerge when people meet; through our bodies, emotions, energy, stories, and the space we create together.

We are exploring a group unfolding through:
→ Somatics
→ Energetics
→ Field awareness
→ Movement and voice

This is not a space for fixing or forcing, but one where what is ripe naturally arises. There is something powerful about being witnessed and witnessing others. About meeting yourself beyond the familiar roles and identities you know.

And there is also the simple beauty of being together – organic food, shared meals, laughter, silence, presence, learning, nature, and the richness of a group experience.

What tools we use?

Through somatic repatterning, living constellation work, voice and movement, nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and group process, we create a space for genuine exploration and integration.

No prior experience needed, only openness and curiosity.

Who is it for?

Open to anyone ready to explore emotional, energetic, and somatic dimensions, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, more nourished and perhaps with a little more space inside for what comes next.
