in BEYOND field dynamics, we explore how our emotions, movements, and subtle expressions shape the invisible fields between us. Instead of judging emotions as good or bad, we learn to notice them with micro-precision, cultivating coherence, resonance, and deeper connection.

the foundations training is an 11-day immersive in THAILAND designed for anyone ready to explore the emotional, energetic, and somatic realms. No prior experience is required – come exactly as you are.

through daily sessions, hands-on practice, and community life, we will dive into:
/ embodied exploration of resonance and vibrational states
/ energy awareness and nonverbal communication
/ group and relational dynamics
/ emotional expression and integration
/ trauma release, ancestral imprints, and expanded states of consciousness

what to expect:
/ daily BEYOND workshops & practice sessions
/ theory and tools of the modality
/ shared community experience on the island
/ time in nature, creativity, movement, and celebration

example of daily schedule:

9-10am Group movement/swim at the beach/meditation

10am-1pm Learning/theory/discussion

1-3pm Lunch break

2-5pm BEYOND Session

5-7pm Optional dinner together, nourishing community time
