This retreat is an invitation to an intensive yet tender immersion, held by the care of the instructors and the shared presence of the group. Over seven days on the wild and lush island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, you will explore movement, breath, and sensation in ways that open new dimensions of pleasure, confidence, and freedom. The environment itself — from the vibrant landscape to the rhythm of the island — becomes a partner, supporting curiosity, presence, and embodied discovery.

Through this practice, you will cultivate deeper awareness of your body, expand your relational sensitivity, and discover new ways to move and connect. Each day blends guided exploration, embodied practice, and reflective pauses, allowing discoveries to integrate naturally. You will move with clarity, grace, and joy, cultivating both skill and a lived sense of aliveness.

Key experiences you will engage with:

• Developing effortless, conscious movement on land and in water

• Exploring contact improvisation and somatic principles of relational attunement

• Cultivating breath awareness, spatial orientation, and proprioception

• Integrating sensitivity, playfulness, and expressive capacity in movement

• Engaging with presence, touch, and relational dynamics in a supportive environment

The retreat is led by Sasha Bezdrodnova, co-founder of Ocean Dance, in ongoing collaboration with Žan Perko, supported by a team of experienced instructors. Their presence holds a safe, attentive container for exploration, practice, and integration. This is a space to inhabit your body fully, to deepen connection with yourself, others, and your environment, and to emerge with a renewed sense of freedom, joy, and embodied presence.
