What if connection is what we came into this world for?
What if your body plays a central role in how you relate — beyond words and gazes — through presence, touch, movement, and resonance?
Join us for a 2-day somatic immersion in the wild beauty of Pai, at the Pai Water Temple, where the warm thermal waters and ancient land hold space for deep relating and embodied transformation.

What is this retreat about?
• How would your relationships change if you could truly listen, resonate, and respond — with your whole being?
• What if non-verbal connection became a natural part of our culture?
• How can we bring our longing for nourishing human interaction out of the shadows — and finally meet it?
This retreat invites you to explore these questions through somatic relating practices that awaken presence, expand your capacity to feel, and bring more choice, clarity, and aliveness into your interactions.
In this retreat you will:
• Develop skills for more satisfying and conscious relating
• Rewire old relational patterns and create new experiences of safety, support, and joy
• Work through early unmet needs in a nurturing and embodied way
These skills are not limited to intimate relationships — they support the way we connect with friends, family, and even in parenting.
This practice was developed in close collaboration with Sasha Bezdrodnova and continues to evolve through our ongoing work together.

About the Water Element
This workshop takes place in the warm, heated pool of the Pai Water Temple — a vast, holding body of water that becomes an active participant in the process. Water softens the body, supports the nervous system, and invites a more primal, fluid way of relating.
In the water, our bodies naturally relax into greater sensitivity and openness. The element helps us slow down, feel more deeply, and meet one another with less effort and more presence. Through practices in pairs and trios, we discover how buoyancy, warmth, and gentle movement create a unique relational field — one that encourages trust, attunement, and embodied connection.

Deepening the Somatic Exploration
In this workshop, we explore how the principles of somatic relating — including the feedback loop and the sensorimotor loop — come alive through direct experience. These principles help us understand how the body communicates, responds, and shapes connection in real time.
We’ll also work with grounded tools for establishing body contact, sensing boundaries, and cultivating radical intimacy. Here, “radical intimacy” refers not to sexuality, but to the capacity to meet another person from a place of purity, honesty, and presence. It is an intimacy that allows our inner children to feel safe, welcomed, and included as we connect.
This deeper layer of the practice supports participants in discovering new ways of relating — ways that are more attuned, more authentic, and more deeply nourishing.
